Dennis Platt, Lead Minister
Dennis married to Carla and has two grown daughters and three grandchildren. A second generation preacher, Dennis has served mostly congregations in southern states prior to coming to serve with the Cedar Falls Church of Christ (Christian Church) in 1999. He received his Bachelors degree in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College in 1986 and additionally has earned credits in the areas of History and Ministry. Among his few hobbies, he enjoys bringing life back to damaged acoustic guitars and helping them make music again. He believes everyone deserves a second chance.
